Message: I was so fed up dealing with the Evinrude dealer in Anchorage I hauled my boat all the way to Fairbanks. These guys were great, they fixed my motor when the other shop couldn’t. The communication was top notch, and they pushed Evinrude to get my parts on discount due to an ongoing warranty issue. It was a lot of driving, but worth it.

Message: I have to start out by saying that before yesterday I had zero relationship with the Boat Shop. I called because I was having an issue sourcing parts for an Evinrude G2. Don answered the phone and although they didn't have the part in stock, he inquired about what issue I was trying to fix. He walked me through possible other issues and gave me his email to further assist. Throughout the day he was in contact with me and hopefully the solution is just some spark plugs. If not I am taking the extra time to bring my boat to Fairbanks from Valdez.
